Pug Passes For Doctor At Local Hospital For Years
It is reported the dog kept rounds and had an excellent bedside manner often climbing into patients beds to comfort them.
A nurse at the hospital speaking under anonymity said she felt that there was something not right about the doctor, but in our modern climate of fear of offending people she chose to keep her feelings to herself.
Mrs. Jane Doe (not her real name due to patient privacy) who was cared for under Doctor Fluffy though the doctor was a little short but with a name like Fluffy she felt the doctor might be French. " He took good care of me and I found him curled up with me several times taking a nap. I know those doctors work long hours and what I thought was appendicitis turned out to be just gas, so overall I feel my hospital care was very successful."
A spokesperson of the hospital said they were alerted the doctor was a dog when HR reported that doctor Fluffy never cashed any of his paychecks. doctor Fluffy is now in the care of the local Burbank dog pound.
