White House to pardon Hannibal Lecter

The latest round of presidential pardons include conservative financial doner  Dinesh D'Souza,  former heavyweight champion Jack Johnson, Vice President Dick Cheney's advisor Scooter Libby  and Psychologist Hannibal Lecter.

In the cases of D'Souza and Johnson and Libby the presidential pardons  are for real people, but the pardon of Lector is for fictional character.

In a press brief dated May 31 the White House gave the argument that Lector has brought joy to millions and seeing that the killings, although gruesome were entirely of a fictional nature and their  impact have greatly diminished over time since the movies were released.

In an article for The Hill by James Gagliano, he questioned the "time to revisit  the debate on limiting presidential powers." saying "is their any doubt a celebrity obsessed president like Trump might have a soft spot for  characters like this."

We at Gamilon Magazine are looking forward to the pardons of Darth Vader, Doctor Doom, Agent Smith and Draco Malfoy.
